Yes, we arrange safe and comfortable transport for our programs.

Yes, we personally choose the accommodation facilities for multi-day programs after thorough inspection of properties at the locations.

We provide secure and supervised arrangements that could range from tents, dormitories and hotels to unique destination based stays. The accommodation facilities depend on the type of experience, the destination and also the weather conditions.

Accommodation is separate for boys and girls, as well as children and adults, mostly triple or quadruple sharing. Twin and private rooms are provided on request, bearing additional charges.

We serve pure veg food for all meals. Non-Veg and Jain food options are offered based on the availability.

Our programs have three layers of safety and security.

1. We personally choose the accommodation, food menus and transport facilities. Nothing is outsourced.

2. The children are taught and mentored by Edvolve’s trained coordinators for the duration of the program.

3. All adventure activities are conducted with experienced instructors with complete safety gear.

Girls have separate accommodation and are guided by Edvolve’s female coordinator(s) during the program. All instructors are trained to be sensitive to the needs of girls during adventure activities or other physically demanding tasks. Special care is taken during the program to ensure access to clean washrooms during the journey. Adequate privacy is ensured in the event where outfits need to be changed before or after activities.

There is always a full first-aid kit on-board with coordinators trained in administering emergency first aid. Contact with the closest hospital is maintained to ensure speedy medical treatment as needed.

We choose the mode of transport depending on the availability of tickets for public transport, the type of program and the number of children attending the program.

Our programs have male and female program coordinators, in addition to a dedicated media team to document the experience.

Absolutely! We welcome siblings, extended family members such as cousins and friends of your child to join us.

If your child is unwell, we will ensure treatment or rest as needed. If your child is feeling homesick, we will work with you to cheer them up and get them back to their usual selves.

Spending money is recommended for the child to enjoy optional activities, local eats or buy small gifts for the family. This is completely left to your discretion.

Evolve offers a full, immediate refund if the program is cancelled from our side. In case of cancellations from your side:

For domestic destinations, cancellation charges are as follows: 1. If cancelled up to 7 days before departure, 25% of the total fee.

2. If cancelled 3-7 days before departure, 50% of the total fee.

3. If cancelled 0-3 days before departure, 90% of the total fee.

For international destinations, cancellation charges are as follows: 1. If cancelled up to 15 days before departure, 25% of the total fee.

2. If cancelled 7-15 days before departure, 50% of the total fee.

3. If cancelled 0-7 days before departure, 90% of the total fee.

Our adventure activities are absolutely safe. We have a 100% safety record which is down to qualified instructors, full safety gear and 1:1 instruction ratio. Do have a look at the media of our past experiences to get a better idea of the success children enjoy with adventure activities.

We can accommodate these requests if possible, but cannot guarantee the same during the course of the program.

Yes, we provide complimentary mid-morning and evening snacks during the program.
